Shipping Policy

To qualify for Free Economy Ground Shipping (delivery in 7-10 business days), orders must exceed $200 and weigh under 30 lbs. Applies to contiguous U.S. states only. Additional charges for Express, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight shipping and packages weighing more than 30 lbs.

USPS, FedEx and UPS are carriers we offer shipping through. 

Store pickup is also an option at no additional costs.  

Orders outside the contiguous 48 US States

All orders outside the 50 States will incur additional shipping charges. If you would like a shipping quote, please email your location (along with a postal code) and the items you wish to purchase to [email protected]. You will receive a quote within the next business day. The customer is responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes.

Business Days & Holidays

Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, all orders generally ship out within one to two business day(s) Monday - Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. 

Return Policy

Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery. Item(s) must be:

• In its original, undamaged condition, including all retail packaging, instructions and paperwork

• Disassembled, if the item(s) were originally delivered disassembled

• For shipments, products must be returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging is too damaged to be shipped back, you must use a similar-sized box as the original or a box no longer than 108 inches.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

• Clearance items

• Gift cards

• Personalized items

• Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page

• Live Plants

In addition, any delivery ship fees or service charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

• Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, etc.)

Returns will be refunded the same as the payment method used.
